why don't vegans eat sugarWhy do i crave sugar?

I am a vegan. I eat vegetables, fruits, whole grains, oatmeal, nuts, and beans. I crave sugar all the time. I always want peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, apple juice, bagels with jelly, and sour patch kids. Why do I always want sugar? I'm not pregnant. And I can do without the morons making comments like "eat steak" and "i'vwhy don't vegans eat sugare got nuts you can eat". If you don't have a proper answer for me, please don't bother. Thank you.
well i usally crave sugar if i eat something salty
but it could be just the way your ansestors used to eat. like if they lived somewhere and they and more sugary things then you would crave more sugary things
You may be hypoglycemic. why don't vegans eat sugar

Adding more protein to your diet can reduce cravings...so more beans I guess.

I think women just naturally crave sugar, especially during that time of the month. It's a hormonal thing. It's like it balances us out.
