windows media plugin firefoxHow do you install the Windows Media Player plugin into Firefox?
When it tells me to click to downlaod the plugin, it says that no suitable plugins were found. Then i click on manual instal it takes me to microsofts page, and list windows media player downloads. I alreawindows media plugin firefoxdy have it on my computer. There is no plugin for firefox. I can play movies in windows media player inside internet explorer just fine.

Got a new laptop, dell latitude e4310, downgraded it to win xp, some drivers were not put back.
Have managed to put all of them back except "broadcom ush." I checked the downloads page on dell support and drivers but i dont see any that say broadcom.

A good starting setup would be a laptop or ipod, a mixer, two powered speakers and stands. Then add on from there.
You could do that for about $600 or so. Have fun - it is a great hobby or profession.

First, for this, you need to use the Firefox browser. And, as I always keep telling you, it’s an awesome browser and not just for the purpose of this tutorial!
Secondly, you'll need to install a Firefox extension that will let you download videos from different video Web sites. The extension is called Video Downloader and once you install it, just restart Firefox and it’ll be ready to go.
To install the Video Downloader, just click on this
and click the Install Now button.
Once you've got that done, you'll want to test it out by dfree youtube download managerownloading a video. For my example, I'm going to use one from YouTube. So, after we eventually download our YouTube video, we'll want to convert it to a format in which our media player will play. So, for that purpose, we are going to use a conversion software. My choice here would be Media Coder. It’s a relatively popular video converter and it works flawlessly. You can read more about it, download and install it right here.
Now, let’s go to the YouTube video that you want to download. Once you restart Firefox and after installing the extension, you will see a little icon in the status bar at the bottom of your desktop screen.
Click on that icon and a new window will pop up. From there, you will see a button that says "Download Link." Click on that and you will be prompted to save the file. Now, remember, the file you are downloading won’t have a name or an extension, so make sure to fill in a name and use .flv as the extension type, while you are downloading the file. .FLV is the default video extension used by most video sites. You can also rename the file after you have downloaded it, so just remember the folder where you have placed it.
Now that we have the file, all that's left for us to do is convert it to a video format that we can play in Windows Media Player or Winamp. So, go ahead and fire up the Media Coder. Click on the I Agree button for the licence agreement and then click on the Skip Setup Wizard button.
Drag and drop the .flv files that you downloaded from YouTube (or other sites) onto the Media Coder window. Click on the Video tab in the lower left hand section and select X-vid in the format drop down menu.
The last step is to click on the Start button on the top toolbar window to begin the encoding procefree youtube download managerss. The time taken to encode your video is proportional to the size of the video file you have downloaded. When the encoding is completed, you will be prompted by a pop up window. If everyone pirated everything, then there would be no more game development since why would someone develop a game that would make them no money (or a loss).
It's like stealing a patent. However as long as your illegally downloading your game for home usage (no reselling) than the charges that will go against you if your caught won't be as bad.
Maybe that is a a free game paid for via advertising (freeware or trial software).
These companies paid good money to develop these games, and they want to make a profit. That's like asking why it's illegal for me to come into your house and take your TV for free, it's not mine and I didn't pay for it.

*an iPod is just like a storage device - kinda like a USB. so all ur music/videos are in there but hidden -- all u need to do is unhide them
*before continuing-make sure u have iTunes ;)
*now just follow these steps:
1) connect ur iPod to ur PC/laptop
2) when iTunes opens up - DON'T CHOOSE THE "erase + sync" option. if iTunes didn't open don't worry
3) anyways go to My Computer > Apple iPod (disk) or whatever u named it (my iPod)
4) open it, and o1000+ free songs for ipodpen the folder called "iPod_Control".
if its not their - then go to the Adress bar and type this:
iPod_Control
5) it will open and ull find folders called tones,gamestats, or whatever. now right-click in any space and un-check the HIDDEN option..
> "apply changes to this folder, subfoler, and files"
6) then ull see many more folders, including "MUSIC"
if its not there, then type in the Adress Bar:
Music
7) when u opened that folder, ull c other folders called "F-08"/"F-14"/etc.
if they're not there, then right-click in any space and un-check the "HIDDEN" option..
8) then there are a1000+ free songs for ipodll the folders with your music and videos! don't worry if the names are "DHSJ" or "FJDS"....
9) all u need to do know is copy eeeeeeeeeeverything into ANOTHER folder on ur desktop or anywhere u want in ur laptop/pc
10) open iTunes, and drag all ur songs/videos FROM THE FOLDER U CREATED ON UR DESKTOP OR ANYWHERE ELSE in the iTunes library. there names will come back!
11) then just sync ur iPod!

2) when iTunes opens up - DON'T CHOOSE THE "erase + sync" option. if iTunes didn't open don't worry
3) anyways go to My Computer > Apple iPod (disk) or whatever u named it (my iPod)
4) open it, and o1000+ free songs for ipodpen the folder called "iPod_Control".
if its not their - then go to the Adress bar and type this:
iPod_Control
5) it will open and ull find folders called tones,gamestats, or whatever. now right-click in any space and un-check the HIDDEN option..
> "apply changes to this folder, subfoler, and files"
6) then ull see many more folders, including "MUSIC"
if its not there, then type in the Adress Bar:
Music
7) when u opened that folder, ull c other folders called "F-08"/"F-14"/etc.
if they're not there, then right-click in any space and un-check the "HIDDEN" option..
8) then there are a1000+ free songs for ipodll the folders with your music and videos! don't worry if the names are "DHSJ" or "FJDS"....
9) all u need to do know is copy eeeeeeeeeeverything into ANOTHER folder on ur desktop or anywhere u want in ur laptop/pc
10) open iTunes, and drag all ur songs/videos FROM THE FOLDER U CREATED ON UR DESKTOP OR ANYWHERE ELSE in the iTunes library. there names will come back!
11) then just sync ur iPod!

I tried downloading Chrome, Opera and already have IE installed. The problem is as followed: My firefox works ok, from time to time he decides to closes down, but that is only once a day, not the biggest of my problems.
When i installed Chrome and tried to launch it, IE suddenly opened up and gave me the exact same error when you try to search the net without connection: cannot access webpage or something like that. I tried scanning for viruses multiple times, i use Windows XP 32-bit.. The same thing happens with Opera, IE comes up and opens a 'cannot load webpage'.. Very strange, i have no idea whats wrong. I tried updating Firefox but when i do that, it keeps crashing down, so im stuck with the older version..
If anybody knows anything to help me, i would be very very happy.. thnx a lot

You also need to update your Firefox as the ffirefox 2.0.0.20 downloadirefox im currently on is 3.5.6
So i suggest that you choose one browser as default instead of other, then uninstall one of them and download it again and re-install, then reboot.
Do the same steps for different browser but other browsers shouldnt act up like that, therefore i think the internet settings in each browser have played at each other..
Try to run ONE installed browser and test it, uninstall rest of them..
Sounds like a rootkit virus it can hijack your browser but without any windows open it can send you to advertising sites etc.These things can disable normal antiviruses and anti malware. Download "rootkit revealer" from Microsoft or Sysinternals and run it, Go to Task manager and under processes see if there is an oddnamed process sometimes just random letters and or numbers and end process. Then go to Start>run and type in msconfig and click OK, Look undfirefox 2.0.0.20 downloader the "startup" tab and uncheck the same process name if it appears there. The registry will need to be cleaned up but normal programs should be able to do that when you have disabled the rogue program.
These things can disable recognised anti-malware programs and system tools like task manager, so you may have to download process explorer or killprocess to stop the process, you need also to rename the malware bytes .exe file to, say for example, xxxx.exe or just copy it to the same folder when it will produce a copy called "copy of..." and run that. Instructions on the malwarebytes.org site

I recently bought Adobe Production Suite 4

20 years ago I would have said 32Mb ram 80486 with 16bit colour.
Sony Vaio, they always last me years. My last one was 5 years old and still works lol.
