Rhapsody and Ruckus are both legal and free.
Most music download websites will require a monthly fee like Napster. If you can pay the fee you will have access to the music. (Some have a free trial)
Limewire, in and of itself, isn't illegal. Unfortunately, people use ittop 5 music download sites to share copyrighted files. The only way to get legal MP3s is to pay for them. (There are some songs which are free, but they aren't the ones you probably want.)
