i don't care if its legal or illegal i just want i trusted site to download it.

You have to pay for Windows Vista, unless you have already paid for it. From windows vista onwards it will be difficult to find a pirated version of it. Most of the cool features of Vista are blocked unless you register it online. Instead of spending time searching for a probably illegal copy of windows you could buy it off the shelf!
