band master downloadMaster of Puppets reference?

OK so...this question is for Metal heads only.

Long ago in a galaxy far far away...a band called Metallica made a song called "Master of Puppets". I was just listening to a song by All That Remains that is titled "Erase". I just downloaded this song and fast forwarded to a random part in the song...and noticed that it sounded VERY similar to Master of Puppets.

The part of the song (Erase)is just around 1:21 where the guitarist plays a riff (solo) and the drummer and bassisband master downloadt come in with heavy, single note accents during the riff (just like at the beginning of Master of Puppets). And the real standout is when the band joins in for the main verse and the drummer plays almost the EXACT same beat as when the rest of Metallica joins in for "Master of Puppets".

Was this done on purpose? Has anyone else ever noticed this? If you haven't heard both songs then download them real quick and help me with this issue, please. If you don't know of Limewire...USband master downloadE IT...all free music.
Don't compare All That Remains to Metallica...

If you listen to any genre of music for long enough, you're going to hear a lot of "borrowed" stuff. Even James Hetfield once stated that all the good riffs were already written by Black Sabbath; I'm sure he ment that as a compliment to Toni Iommi, but still...
it was probably stolen from metallica by this ripoff band... metallica could probably sue them if they wanted to
