I love to edit pictures. & I have Picasa 3, but that does the same things like photobucket. Any one know of a really awesome photo editing download that's free?
Check out filehippo.com. It gives you all the free software out there and it will give you all the options. I use Jasc but it is not free.
Screen Dash. Its the only photo editor that can take screenshots, do paint and photo editing, and host images. Thus, you can share images with your friends and family. Its free, easy to use, and provides very professional photo editing.
GIMP is really it good it is a free version free photo editing software downloadof photoshop and a little bit better in my opinion. In is an open source program which means that anybody with some coding experience can create updates or anything for it Google it GIMP or go to GIMP.org

Lots of things to do, and it didn't take me a long time to work around with it like Photoshop did with me, I had photoshop for a couple months and still can't really figure it out hahaha xD
The best free *editing* software available is a matter of opinion, but the gimp is very highly rated. For image vifree photo editing software downloadewing, with a few editing capabilities, irfanview is number 1 in my judgement.
hmm..... well if your willing to pay a little you can get the best out there, Adobe Photoshop... but for freeware... hmm, well Paint, or the freeware Photoshop clone, Serif PhotoPlus, which is very similar to Photoshop, and does a decent job...
i dont really know because i just bought this really cool hp laptop and photoshop comes free with it. maybe you could try downloading it?...
